A Chartered Accountant with a value-driven and practical approach to VAT, Service Tax, Excise, Professional Tax, and GST. She holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from Delhi University and an LLB from Mumbai University. With professional experience at esteemed organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and L&T, she has extensive expertise in advisory, compliance, and litigation related to indirect taxes for both domestic and multinational businesses across sectors including Technology, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Construction, and Real Estate.

An active contributor to the initial drafting of the GST “Model Law,” she has also co-authored numerous analytical and issue-based articles on key indirect tax matters. Her current focus lies in advising clients across industries on GST and other indirect tax issues, offering GST retainership, implementation services, and comprehensive handholding support throughout the process.
