Ms. Swadha Maheshwari

Swadha Maheshwari is fully focused on Indirect Taxation. She has a rich experience in Indirect Taxation of more than seven years. She has worked with Larsen & Toubro Corporate Tax Team and was one of the key members in the process of GST implementation in various divisions of L&T. She was also a part of PWC Indirect Taxation team.
A chartered accountant by profession and having value additive and practical approach in the matters of VAT, Service Tax, Excise, Professional Tax & GST. She holds B.com Honours degree from Delhi University and has completed her LLB from Mumbai University. She has done Advisory, Compliance and Litigation work on various indirect tax matters for domestic and multi-national businesses across Technology, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, Construction and Real Estate sectors. She was an active contributor to GST “Model Law” during initial drafting of law. She has co-authored various analytical and issue-based articles on important matters concerning Indirect taxes. She has headed various GST impact assessments on various industries during the implementation of GST. She is advising clients across industries on issues under GST and in other indirect taxes providing GST retainership and implementation, and handholding support.
